But adding a new service isn’t a decision to be made lightly. It should result from a careful analysis of the customer potential and the key factors customers may consider when evaluating your proposal. The session will address:
- End-user outsourcing trends for plant maintenance services
- Customer buying criteria for services
- Understanding and influencing the decision-making process
- Determining the customer’s value proposition
- Using industry standards and best practices in marketing new services
